Confidentiality StatementAt Capital Health System, we know how important privacy is to you, and how important it is that we maintain the confidentiality of your medical information. As part of our commitment to patient privacy, Capital Health System has a Privacy Program which includes policies specifically limiting how our staff can use, and with whom we may share, your information.
Our privacy practices are described in our Notice of Privacy Practices. We provide a copy of this notice to each patient that receives services at our facilities. Copies of the notice are posted in public areas of our facilities, available on the Home Page of this web site, and are available upon request.
