Capital Health – East Trenton Closure

Capital Healthy Students

At Capital Health, we believe students have the power to inspire one another to live healthier, happier lives. That’s why we launched the Capital Healthy Students PSA Video Contest—an initiative where middle school students produce short public service announcements (PSAs) to share messages of preventative health and wellness with their peers.

Over the years, this contest has grown into a tradition of student leadership, creativity, and impact. Each campaign addresses a timely issue facing young kids today, encouraging students to use their own voices to drive positive change in their schools and communities.

Introducing Our 2025-2026 Campaign: Post Positive

This year’s campaign builds on the power of positivity online. Students are challenged to create PSAs that highlight kindness, respect, and uplifting messages on social media—reminding us all that one post can change everything.

Students will take on the challenge of creating short videos that show how positive posts can inspire, include, and support others. From celebrating friendship to standing up against cyberbullying to spreading messages of hope, this campaign is about harnessing the influence of social media for good. Most importantly, our goal is to give students a platform to shine while spreading an important message: to help make the internet a kinder, healthier place.

Past Campaigns

Wellness Warriors: Students shared creative videos highlighting nutrition, physical activity, and mental health habits that empower their peers to be “warriors” for wellness.

Teens Off Screens: This campaign focused on digital balance, encouraging students to unplug, reconnect with real life, and explore healthier ways to spend their time.

Anti-Vaping: Students tackled the dangers of vaping, using honest and powerful messages to show the risks and encourage healthier choices.

Capital Health is proud to champion our youth as they use their creativity and voices to inspire one another. Through each video, students remind us that positive change starts with them—and together, they’re building a healthier future, one message at a time.
