As the leaves change to a new season and the days shorten, it’s a time to reflect and also bring a little relaxation back to our lives. This two-hour retreat will be informative, calming and enjoyable — a perfect way to begin to adjust to the beauty of the fall season and all it has to offer us.
Nancy McCormack, yoga therapist, will guide us through a meditation and yoga practice for all abilities. Melissa Phelps, a registered dietitian and certified specialist in oncology nutrition, will take us through a cooking demonstration featuring a nutritious and delicious Fall recipe.
