Core4 Prediabetes 10-Week Education and Support Program

Core4 Prediabetes was developed by Sodexo registered dietitians with the goal of inspiring you to make the necessary lifestyle changes to slow or stop the progression to type 2 diabetes. This 10-week program is designed to provide education and support while focusing on meal planning, increasing movement, handling stress, weight management, and much more! You will gain necessary information and learn numerous strategies to improve your blood glucose and health while still eating the foods you enjoy.

This 10-week program includes two InBody body composition assessments — one before and one after program participation. Assessments require an in-person visit to the Capital Health Wellness Center.

When: Thursdays, January 16 – March 20, 2025 | 1 – 2 p.m.

Weeks 1 and 10: Meet with a registered dietitian for your InBody assessments and one-hour group education classes.

Weeks 2 – 9: Meet virtually with a registered dietitian for classes on nutrition and healthy lifestyle topics such as carbohydrate pairing, physical activity, mindful eating, meal planning and more.

Cost: $100
