This class is for new moms that have been cleared for exercise by their physician. Spend quality bonding time with your baby while learning important strength and movement workouts to regain strength postpartum. Learn proper core engagement and rebuild strength in your pelvic floor using the weight of your baby.
Please note that this class is limited to new moms with babies that are not yet walking and under one year of age. Participants must provide their own baby wrap or sling. If registering for an in-person class, please arrive with your baby in a stroller or carrier that they can be buckled into.
Cost: $12 per in-person class or $8 per virtual class
