This virtual class is available for women one to eight weeks postpartum or those struggling with diastasis recti. As a new mom, this class will safely guide you through breathing techniques that will help heal and strengthen the abdominal wall. You will also learn to activate the pelvic floor in order to regain control, strength, and decrease leakage.
