One in five women are diagnosed with postpartum depression in the first year after giving birth. Postpartum depression can affect a mother’s ability to bond with and care for her baby. When maternal depression is effectively treated, it benefits both mother and child. Licensed Clinical Social Worker Honor Hannah welcomes mothers who are experiencing postpartum depression or anxiety to a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space to learn and process together. Using evidenced-based interventions, we will cover topics that focus on helping mothers flourish mentally, physically, and emotionally.
