At Capital Health, we currently have two patient portals:
Select “Doctors Office Portal” for any provider office visits (even if the office is located at the hospital).*
Select “Hospital Portal” for any information related to a hospital stay or ER visit as a patient or to view direct results related to testing done at the hospital or our Capital Health – Hamilton testing site.**
*Call your provider office for assistance with the doctor’s office portal.
**If you need support Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., please contact Health Information Management at 609-303-4085, option 5. After normal business hours, please contact Cerner Support at 866-550-7304 for assistance with the hospital portal.
The hospital portal has been active since February 6, 2021. If you are looking for records related to your hospital visit from before February 6, 2021, please call the Health Information Management Department at 609-303-4085, option 2 (Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.).
