Capital Health Pediatric Services at Capital Health Medical Center – Hopewell delivers the finest in specialty care for children ages newborn to adolescents. The Pediatric Emergency Department at Capital Health Medical Center - Hopewell offers emergency care just for kids in a friendly environment completely separate from the adult emergency department more suitable children. As New Jersey’s first Autism-Friendly Pediatric Emergency Department, this department also includes specialty trained staff who recognize and treat ASD patients. Capital Health Medical Center - Hopewell is also home to the only community-based inpatient pediatric unit between Philadelphia, PA and New Brunswick, NJ.
