Capital Healthy Living members are invited to attend our March social event! We will be joined by guest speaker Sheli Monacchio, Executive Director of Akin Care Senior Services, who will discuss the topic of memory loss and caring for those with Alzheimer's disease. Lunch will be provided and transportation is available if needed. Seating is limited so be sure to sign up soon.
