Grief and Loss: Learning to Cope With Loss While Cultivating Self-Compassion

Grief is a natural emotional response that results from a significant loss, especially the loss of a loved one. Everyone’s grief process is different and there is no right or wrong way to grieve. This psychotherapy group will provide psychoeducation on the grief process, coping skills and strategies that will support your healing, and opportunities to process your experience within a safe and supportive environment. Connecting with others who have also experienced a loss can be comforting and helpful. Join Licensed Social Worker Kassandra Feliciano as she leads you through an in-person eight-week support and psychotherapy group.
