The Calm Collective: From Stress to Strength

Life doesn’t come with a pause button, but it’s possible to learn how to find a sense of calm in the chaos. The Calm Collective is a friendly space where adults come together to master the art of stress management. Each week, participants explore practical techniques to tackle life’s challenges, from deadline disasters to family friction, and learn evidence-based strategies wrapped in real-talk conversations.

Weekly 60-minute sessions blend learning with laughter through interactive discussions, hands-on exercises, and zero pressure to share more than you’re comfortable with so participants can build a personal toolkit of coping skills that work in the real world. Join a growing community of people who are done with just surviving their stress and ready to start thriving. There is no charge for this psychoeducational group.
