Capital Health Medical Group, a network of more than 500 physicians and other clinicians who offer primary and specialty care, has opened a new primary care office in East Windsor to further support the health and well-being of the residents of Mercer County and parts of Middlesex County.
Capital Health Primary Care – East Windsor, located at 557 U.S. Highway 130 North in Hightstown, New Jersey, is led by Dr. Radhika Laskarzewski, Ayesha Ahsan, and Nauman Diwan, board certified physicians who offer services to help prevent illness, handle everyday medical needs, manage chronic health issues, and provide care for children (newborns and older), adolescents, and adults.

Dr. Radhika Laskarzewski is a board certified family medicine physician who provides care to patients of all ages, ranging from newborns to adults. Dr. Laskarzewski completed her family medicine residency at the University of Medicine & Dentistry of NJ (UMDNJ) – Robert Wood Johnson, CentraState Hospital in Freehold, New Jersey, where she served as co-chief resident. Dr. Laskarzewski has been on staff for most of the past decade at the nearby Capital Health Primary Care – Quakerbridge office in Lawrenceville, New Jersey.
Dr. Ayesha Ahsan is a board certified family medicine physician with experience in providing care for children (ages 8 and older), adolescents, and adults. After earning her Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Health from Cornell University, Dr. Ahsan earned her medical degree from Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine in Stratford, New Jersey. She completed her family medicine residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC) in Lititz, Pennsylvania. She is fluent in English, Hindi, and Urdu.
Dr. Nauman Diwan is an experienced physician who is board certified in internal medicine. Dr. Diwan provides care for patients ages 18 and older. Dr. Diwan completed his internal medicine residency at Capital Health Regional Medical Center in Trenton, New Jersey and joined Capital Health Medical Group in 2019 after more than twenty years of private practice in Hamilton, New Jersey.
