Dr. Khadija Merchant is board certified in internal medicine and a fellow of the American College of Physicians. Her career spans over 15 years and three countries, deeply rooted in a commitment to comprehensive, patient-centered care. Dr. Merchant’s diverse clinical interests include preventive medicine, promoting a healthy lifestyle, and a wide array of acute and chronic diseases in adult patients.
Dr. Merchant received her medical degree from Dow Medical College in Pakistan and completed her residency in internal medicine at Capital Health Regional Medical Center in Trenton, New Jersey. In an academic setting, she served as a core faculty physician and co-chair of the DEI committee within the program. She is fluent in Urdu.
