About Capital Women in Philanthropy

Since Capital Women in Philanthropy (CWP) began in 2007, our dedicated and invested members have generously provided gifts of support and time collectively awarding over $750,000 in annual grant funding advancing patient care, enhancing new and existing programs and expanding community outreach.

CWP members represent a diverse group of women in the communities we serve, as well as Capital Health physicians, nurses, allied healthcare professionals and employees. Membership encourages active involvement in the life of our dynamic institution. Together, we can have a significant impact on Capital Health’s role as a valued resource, providing innovative, compassionate, high-quality care to all who might benefit.
