Jenna Mancinelli, DO

Dr. Jenna Mancinelli is a fellowship trained breast surgeon who specializes in surgical care for breast disease, both benign and malignant, as well as other breast conditions. Dr. Mancinelli joins the Capital Health Surgical Group – Breast Surgery practice and Capital Health Center for Comprehensive Breast Care, which is part of Capital Health Cancer Center, located at Capital Health Medical Center – Hopewell.

She received her medical degree at the New York Institute of Technology’s College of Osteopathic Medicine in Old Westbury, New York and her Master of Science degree from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, where she was also a postdoctoral research fellow in the Division of Transplant Surgery. Dr. Mancinelli completed a general surgery residency at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM), where she served as Chief Resident. She completed breast surgical oncology fellowship training at MD Anderson Cancer Center at Cooper University Hospital in Camden, New Jersey.

Outside the clinical setting, Dr. Mancinelli was Academic Chief Resident for General Surgery at PCOM, where she developed a new curriculum for the general surgery residency program that incorporated the fundamentals of surgical training, simulation, wellness, professional development, and research education. Dr. Mancinelli is a member of many medical societies, including the American Society of Breast Surgeons, the Association of Women Surgeons, and the Society of Surgical Oncology.
