Honor Hannah, a New Jersey native, received her Bachelor of Social Work and Master of Social Work degrees from Southeastern University in Lakeland, Florida.
Prior to joining Capital Health – Behavioral Health Specialists, Honor worked as a medical social worker for more than three years at Capital Health Medical Center – Hopewell in Pennington, New Jersey. In her current role as an OBGYN integrated care manager and psychotherapist, she provides individual psychotherapy services and leads process groups for patients with mental health needs including but not limited to perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMAD). Honor also assists with minor case management needs for the OB/GYN population.
