Jenna is a licensed clinical social worker with more than 10 years of experience in the medical social work field. Jenna provides support and guidance to adults in all stages of adult life through a patient-centered, evidence-based and strengths approach in a safe and non-judgmental environment. Her areas of professional interest are transitions and adjustment needs, anxiety and depression, assessments and diagnosis, collaboration, and integration of care for comprehensive approaches in treatment planning. Jenna takes a holistic approach to therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Supportive Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI) and psychodynamic approaches that are collaborative and interactive.
Jenna completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Delaware in Newark, Delaware and earned her Master of Social Work degree from Rutgers University with a concentration in clinical practice. Before joining Capital Health - Behavioral Health Specialists, Jenna provided clinical services to individuals and families during some of the most critical times in their lives offering support, counseling, and case management services to address sudden and life-changing events at the Capital Health Trauma Center, critical care units, telemetry units, and general medical floors.
