Dr. Paul Kaiser is board certified in neurology and vascular neurology. He specializes in general neurology, with a clinical focus in stroke.
Dr. Kaiser received his medical degree from Thomas Jefferson University Sidney Kimmel Medical College in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He completed his neurology residency at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia, where he was chief resident his final year, and then completed his fellowship training in clinical neurophysiology.
Prior to joining Capital Health, Dr. Kaiser was in private practice at Lawrenceville Neurology Center in Mercer County, New Jersey for over 30 years. He also served as the director of the Stroke Program at Penn Medicine Princeton Medical Center in Plainsboro, New Jersey for 18 years.
Dr. Kaiser is a member of the American Academy of Neurology and the American Heart Association. He has been honored as a Top Doctor in Philadelphia Magazine from 2021 through 2023.
