Camilla Pharamond is a certified nurse midwife (CNM) with almost 20 years of experience providing health and wellness care for women. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where she also received her Master of Science in Midwifery degree. Her interest in women’s health began when she was a student at Penn State University, where she received her undergraduate degree in sociology.
Camilla’s career began as a staff nurse in obstetrics at a hospital in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. After becoming a CNM, she provided care for women at private practices and health care systems throughout the Philadelphia region. Camilla’s passion throughout her career has been to provide the highest quality care with compassion and respect.
Camilla is a member of the American College of Nurse-Midwives, who named her a Thatcher Midwifery Leadership Fellow in 2019. She is also a member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
Camilla lives in Philadelphia with her family. She is married and is the proud mom of her son and daughter. Camilla is an avid knitter and skier, and loves spending time outdoors with family, friends and her dog Willow.
