Working together to improve the patient experience
The Patient and Family Advisory Council (PFAC) collaborates with hospital leadership to influence and enhance the quality and culture of care at Capital Health. Drawing on the experiences of patients, families, and health care teams, we provide important feedback to help improve family-centered care and address patient service issues.
If you’re interested in becoming a PFAC member, you must complete a brief application. As part of our team, you can help us make lasting improvements to our patient care experience and the delivery of health care services to our community. Placement on this council is based on available openings, a candidate’s interests and experience, and the needs of Capital Health.
