We encourage all employees, managers, supervisors, and peers or friends to call the R.I.S.E. team after any disturbing patient event. Peer support improves resilience and can make a significant difference. Support is immediately available so stress can be dealt with before has an adverse impact. Support is also available at any later time after an event.
