Since we are hospital based Auxiliary, we follow the same onboarding requirements as any hospital volunteer.
Auxiliary Member Application: Online submission only (see application below).
Personal Interview: Once an application is received, the Auxiliary President will reach out to you to learn about your interests and explain about the current auxiliary projects.
Medical Clearance: Provide immunization records for or undergo immunization screenings for:
- Measles, mumps, rubella (MMR)
- Chickenpox (Varicella)
- Tuberculosis (Quantiferon bloodwork)
- Flu shot completed annually.
- Fully vaccinated for COVID -19 at the start of volunteering (2 dose series Pfizer/Moderna; 1 dose of Johnson and Johnson/Janssen) and Booster shot
Criminal Background Check: Will be run once all medical clearance is received. This includes Social Security number verification.
