Meet the Physicians in Our Pediatric Emergency Department

At Capital Health, we know full well the remarkable difference that can be made by treating a child in an emergency department created especially for kids, and only kids. We’re staffed 24/7 with experienced pediatricians and award-winning nurse practitioners and pediatric nurses using equipment designed specifically for treating children.

Dr. Alizadeh received her medical degree from Isfahan University Of Medical Sciences, Isfahan, Iran. She completed her internship and residency in pediatrics at Inova Fairfax Hospital for Children, Falls Church, Virginia. Dr. Alizadeh is board certified in pediatrics.

DimaculanganNelo Dimaculangan, MD

Dr. Dimaculangan received his medical degree from Far Eastern University-Nicanor Reyes Medical Foundation Institute of Medicine, West Fairview, Quezon City, Philippines. He completed his general internship at Veterans Memorial Medical Center, Philippines, Manila and pediatric residency at Jersey City Medical Center, Jersey City, New Jersey. He is board certified in pediatrics.

Dr. Kruse received her medical degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ) Rutgers Medical School (now known as UMDNJ- Robert Wood Johnson Medical School) in Piscataway, NJ. She received her residency training in pediatrics at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, Philadelphia, PA. She is board certified in pediatrics.

Dr. Maitland received her medical degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey School of Osteopathic Medicine (UMDNJ-SOM) in Stratford, NJ. She completed her internship and emergency medicine residency at UMDNJ-SOM/Kennedy Health System and received her fellowship training in pediatric emergency medicine at the University of Connecticut/Connecticut Children’s Medical Center.

Dr. O'Reggio received her medical degree from the University Of The West Indies, Trinidad. She completed her internship and residency in pediatrics from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, Newark, New Jersey. Dr. O'Reggio is board certified in pediatrics.

Dr. Weiss-Baker received her medical degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She completed her internship and residency in pediatrics from Newark Beth Israel Medical Center, Newark, New Jersey.
