The Capital Health School of Radiologic Technology, formerly the St. Francis Medical Center School of Radiologic Technology, was established in 1948 and accredited in 1950. The program consists of a two-year full-time course beginning the first week of July each year. The Program accepts up to eight (8) students per year and has a total enrollment of 16 students.

Upon successful completion of the 24-month program, the student is eligible to take the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) examination, which certifies him/her as a Registered Technologist, RT(R). Graduates are also eligible for New Jersey State Licensure for Radiologic Technology.
