Malik Abubakar, MDMalik Abubakar, MD
Internal Medicine

Dr. Abubakar graduated from Our Lady of Fatima University College of Medicine in Valenzuela City, Philippines. Prior to medical school, Dr. Abubakar graduated from the University Of North Dakota with a degree in cytotechnology. He has worked as a cytotechnologist in a number of hospital systems across the country.

Dr. Abubakar was born in Ethiopia and is fluent in Amharic and Cushite. He also enjoys gardening, high intensity interval training and playing soccer.

 

Robert Freeman, MDRobert Freeman, MD
Radiation Oncology

Dr. Freeman graduated from Rutgers, Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in Piscataway, NJ. He will continue his specialty training in Radiation Oncology at Fox Chase Cancer Center at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia.

Originally from Connecticut, Dr. Freeman enjoys soccer, basketball, indoor climbing, reading, chess and film.

 

Azeem Haider, MDAzeem Haider, MD
Radiology

Dr. Haider is a graduate of Rutgers, Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in Piscataway, NJ. He will continue his specialty training in Diagnostic Radiology at Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia.

A native New Jerseyan, Dr. Haider loves music, having played in cover bands, participating in jam sessions and even writing his own instrumental music. He also enjoys philosophy and film.

 

Dennis Hasenhuendl, MDDennis Hasenhuendl, MD

Dr. Hasenhuendl graduated from Goethe-Universität Frankfurt am Main Fachbereich Medizin in Frankfurt, Germany. He has matched at Larkin Community Hospital in Florida to continue his PM&R training.

Dr. Hasenhuendl loves to attend sporting events with his friends and family, particularly European football (soccer). He also enjoys racket sports having played often during his university time. Dr. Hasenhuendl is fluent in German and is from Miami, FL.

Dr. Kanuga is a graduate of Drexel University College of Medicine in Philadelphia. He has matched at Zucker School of Medicine, Northwell in Staten Island, New York where he will continue his education in Diagnostic Radiology.

Dr. Kanuga has numerous peer reviewed publications as well as a lot of research experience. His interests include basketball, cooking, hiking, table tennis, skiing, meditation/yoga, the TV show Friends and Animals. He is from New Jersey and is fluent in Gujarati.

Dr. Kazmi graduated from American University of Barbados School of Medicine in Wildey, Barbados. He has held a number of externships and research positions over the past several years.

Dr. Kazmi has interests in athletics, including football, basketball, soccer, weightlifting and mixed martial arts. He also enjoys information technology as well as music, particularly hip hop/R&B. Dr. Kazmi is from New Jersey.

Dr. Mishra is a graduate of The Feinberg School of Medicine at Northwestern University in Chicago, IL. He will continue his training in Radiation Oncology at the University of Minnesota.

Dr. Mishra has a good deal of research experience and numerous peer reviewed publications. Dr. Mishra’s hobbies include skiing, cooperative board games and table tennis. He is from Chicago, IL.

 

Hesha Patel, MBBSHesha Patel, MBBS

Dr. Patel graduated from C.U. Shah Medical College in Wadhwan City, Surendranagar, Gujarat, India. After graduating she worked as a Medical Officer in her native India for six years. Since moving to the United States she has done a number of externships.

Dr. Patel likes to dance, mainly freestyle Bollywood dance, and has participated in Garba competitions. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends as well as cooking and learning new dishes. Dr. Patel is fluent in Gujarati and is from Los Angeles, CA.

Dr. Patel is a graduate of Cooper Medical School at Rowan University in Camden, NJ. He will continue training in Diagnostic Radiology at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School in Newark.

Dr. Patel spends a lot of his time volunteering throughout the area. Dr. Patel really likes to watch science fiction and anime television, reading comics, listening to music, swimming, playing video games and working with information/computer technology. He is from Langhorne, PA.

Dr. Ruediger graduated from Drexel University College of Medicine in Philadelphia, PA. He has matched at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School to continue his training in Diagnostic Radiology.

Dr. Ruediger has experience in research holding a number of different positions. He loves to play Ultimate Frisbee and disc gold and even competed for a National Championship. He enjoys traveling and the outdoors, snowboarding, building computers and fitness. He also plays the saxophone. Dr. Ruediger is originally from Pittsburgh, PA.

Dr. Saghari is a graduate of Tehran University of Medical Sciences School of Medicine in Tehran, Iran. After graduating she worked as a general practitioner in her native Iran.

Dr. Saghari enjoys cooking and baking, creatively planning dishes. She is also into fitness and likes to work out on a regular basis. Dr. Saghari is from Glendale, CA.

Dr. Spatz graduated from Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in Piscataway, NJ. He has matched into an advanced specialty program there to continue training in PM&R.

Dr. Spatz has held numerous research positions and has had a few peer reviewed publications. His interests are in arts & crafts with his family, swimming and basketball. Originally from Baltimore, MD he now lives in Lakewood, NJ.

 

Roman Sukhovershin, MDRoman Sukhovershin, MD

Dr. Sukhovershin is a graduate of Altai State Medical University in Barnaul, Russia. He has matched to continue his specialty training in Diagnostic Radiology at Houston Methodist Hospital. After relocating to Houston, TX from Russia, Dr. Sukhovershin has done extensive work in the research side of the hospital. He worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow, Research Scientist and a Scientific Director working in RNA technology.

Dr. Sukhovershin has an extensive list of peer reviewed publications. His interests include spending time with his family (preferably outdoors), traveling and reading. He is fluent in Russian.
