Program Coordinator, Community & Urban Health
As program coordinator, Jacob has direct oversight of the IOT-SEI grant and maternal child health. He also supervises the hospital’s food pantry program that addresses food insecurity in Trenton. Jacob has more than 25 years of experience in health care administration, finance, program planning and coordination, and organizational leadership. He is a proven leader in non-profit business leadership and population health programming design, implementation and monitoring.
Jacob holds a Master of Science degree in non-profit leadership and population health management from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; a Master of Business Administration degree in marketing from Strayer University; and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting and management from the African Methodist Episcopal University in Monrovia, Liberia. Jacob also earned several professional certificates, including an advanced diploma in information technology from the APTECH Institute in India, a certificate in case management from Rutgers University in New Jersey, and a certificate in personal care home administration from Penn State University. He is a member of the Golden Key International Honor Society and Psi Chi.
