Population Care Coordinator
Lattwana Anderson is a registered nurse at Capital Health and population care coordinator for the Institute for Urban Care. Lattwana earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona. She began her nursing career at Capital Health on the Neuro-Telemetry Unit and has clinical experience in neurology, telemetry, hospice and case management.
In addition to her clinical experience, Lattwana has served as a community health educator with Capital Health to improve the health and well-being of residents in Trenton and surrounding communities. She has more than 15 years of experience with Emergency Medical Services, which has been the foundation for her mission to provide education and improve health outcomes for vulnerable communities.
Lattwana is a diehard Pittsburgh Steelers fan, and in her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
