Toni Pretlow, BS

Toni Pretlow, BSProgram Coordinator, VICTORY Program – Institute for Urban Care

As program coordinator, Toni leads project management for programming specifically related to our hospital-based violence prevention program both within the health system and in the community. She joined Capital Health in 2016 and has served as a trauma outreach specialist for the VICTORY Program since 2021. Toni began her career at Capital Health as a concierge at Capital Health Regional Medical Center, where she provided and arranged guest requests to help ensure high-quality outcomes.

Toni's skill set has been recognized through several awards, including the Sunflower Award, the NJ Attorney General Excellence Award for Victims' Justice—Ronald W. Reagan Award, the President's Award for Distinctive Service, and the 2023 Excellence in Nursing Practice Award. She received her bachelor’s degree in Health Administration from the University of Phoenix in 2019. With more than 20 years of experience in the medical field, Toni’s passion for patient advocacy has fueled her desire to provide client-centered support for those impacted by various social determinants of health. She is trained in trauma-informed care and employs a patient-centered approach when assisting clients who have become victims of crime.

Toni is an avid Eagles fan and enjoys cooking and spending time with her family.
